Online orders that have not been fulfilled maybe cancelled and refund applied.

Clearance, Final sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges.
The Print Lab will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for. Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will notify when the exchange has been completed. Typical exchange process is completed within 5 days after receipt of items.
