Terms of Service for PRINT LAB

Welcome to PRINT LAB. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PRINT LAB website (the "Site") and our custom apparel printing services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases and for your account.

2. Your Vision, Your Responsibility (User-Generated Content)

Our service allows you to upload your own artwork, designs, and content ("User Content") to be printed on apparel. In line with our slogan, "Vision Meets Precision," you are responsible for your "Vision."

  • Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

  • License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant PRINT LAB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for formatting/printing purposes), and manufacture products based on your User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any User Content that:

    • Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights (e.g., sports logos, brand names, or copyrighted artwork you do not own).

    • Is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

    • Violates any law, regulation, or individual's right to privacy.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any order or User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.

  • Your Legal Responsibility (Indemnification): You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for your User Content. You agree to indemnify and hold PRINT LAB harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from your breach of these warranties (e.g., if we are sued for printing a trademark you illegally uploaded).

3. Product Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be successfully processed before we will begin production on your order.

4. Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, an order cannot be canceled or modified once it has entered the production phase. Please double-check your order for accuracy before submitting payment.

5. Our "Precision" Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand by the "Precision" of our work.

  • No Refunds for Customer Error: Because all products are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer errors. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in your design.

    • Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded images.

    • Mistakes in selecting size, color, or product type.

  • Our Error, Our Responsibility: If your product arrives with a material manufacturing defect, a flaw in the print, or is a different item from what you ordered, please contact us at moraadginem@gmail.com within [3] days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are good-faith estimates only. We are not liable for delays in shipping caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors outside of our control. The risk of loss for all items passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please review our [Shipping Policy] for more information.

7. Our Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including the "PRINT LAB" name, logo, graphics, text, and site design (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of PRINT LAB and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRINT LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
